Cycle

In

with

the

NEW,

out

with

the

OLD.

Today will be different than yesterday,

and tomorrow will never come, so CHANGE TODAY.

By maintaining a conscious contact with your Higher Power,

you can maintain a conscious cycle of change.

Learn the cycle of change that is good for you and

make your life easy.

Keep what you need and leave the rest.

Things do not need to be kept unless they can be of regular use.

If it does not fit, it is out of style, or collects dust,

give it to someone who needs it.

Bad attitudes definitely do not need to be kept.

"Without forgiveness life is governed by...

an endless cycle

of resentment and retaliation."

Roberto Assagioli

Forgive yourself, forgive others, but do not bother to

forgive your Higher Power, who already knows

that the problem is you.

Blame never knows the truth.

"Depression is rage spread thin."

George Santayana

Fear and rage come from not knowing the truth.

Do not be afraid of the truth and fix only what is broken.

More importantly, fix only the feelings

which are broken in you.

You may ask others to change.

You may point out that others need to change.

You may beg others to change.

However, know that you cannot change others.

Be a friend, have a friend, one who can help you

keep your cycle on track.

Do not let your cycle become a rut.

Today, look for the side track, or the off track to

explore and investigate.

Volunteer your time to help a non profit organization.

Take a friend to a museum, and see what happens

if you don't change.

Do a movie, go bowling, go fishing, go crazy, but go

somewhere, anywhere, where you can enjoy this world,

enjoy this life.

If you really want to do something,

you'll find a way;

if you don't,

you'll find an excuse.

Cycles do not operate where excuses exist.

In life we should not focus so much on the end of the story,

but on your life cycle in the here and now.

Look for the good in life.

Be positive.

Have a great day!

Because you can.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
